Thankful for Dana
Our foster son was a high school Junior attending a community college in the running start program when he was kicked off the college campus without warning for an alleged conduct violation. This was scary for our son and our family, given the imminent risk/threat to his ability to get accepted into a University and have a successful future. Dana acted immediately to get our son back in class so his attendance and grades didn’t suffer, and also ensured an appropriate and fair resolution that did not harm our son’s ability to pursue admission to a four-year University. Dana also took steps to prevent criminal charges from being filed. Throughout the process, she was a calming influence on our family, made time available whenever needed, worked well with our sixteen year old son, took the time to answer questions and explain things in plain language, and was transparent and honest in her billing. Finding and hiring Dana was a huge load off our backs. She knew exactly what to do to protect our son’s future, and she delivered.
